Hey loves! I can’t believe we’re 23 days away until Christmas. Have you finished your holiday shopping? I don’t know about you but I was able to participate and did my part on Black Friday shopping. Living in Long Island and making sure I got to the mall as soon as it opened for that one day of a year, where people go crazy shopping, was a successful tactic. I cannot imagine shopping if I was still living in the city. Did I get good deals? Mmm, on some of the stuff I got, yes. I’d say that I was definitely in that “Shopping Mode: ON” situation.
Speaking of the holidays, my friends from Buxom Cosmetics sent over some of their fabulous eye essentials. Buxom offers big, bold, sexy products that plump your pout and play up your best and boldest features! I created this very easy make up look using their highly-pigmented eye shadows. This look has more like an Autumn vibe but I think it’s a perfect look to rock for the holidays.
♡ For my base make up, foundation, I used MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC30, powder to set, Ben Nye’s Banana Powder, bronzer, NYC Bronzing Powder in Sunny and highlight using Colourpop Super Shock Cheek in Pier Pressure.
♡ For eye make up, I used ELF HD Concealer in Light as primer and Buxom’s Customizable Eyeshadow Palette. Filthy Rich, a chestnut color on the crease, Bronzed Bod, a bronzed shade with hint of shimmers all over my eyelids, LBD, matte black on my outer V for some drama, It Crowd, a glimmering cayenne on the center of my eyelids for a pop of color, Silk Sheets, a chai luster color to highlight my brow bone, Filthy Rich and It Crowd to line lower lash line and lastly, 24kt Stilettos, metallic gold on my inner corners to finish the eye makeup.
♡ To line my waterline, I used Hold The Line Waterproof Eyeliner and Big Tease Plumping Mascara to define my eyelashes.
♡ To complete the make up look, I used Morphe’s Liquid Lip in Vinyl.
Questions for you my loves.
♡ Would you rock this make up look?
♡ What do you like about this make up look?
♡ What are your favorite Buxom products that you think I should try?
