July Ipsy Bag

July 28, 2013

Hello lovelies! It’s the 28th of July and I am not late in posting what I got from my Ipsy Bag. Woohooo..
“Beach Beauty” is the theme of the month which is perfect since it’s summer time. If you don’t know what Ipsy is please do check my other blog posts about it but basically it’s a monthly subscription service for beauty products. This is actually the only one I am subscribed to at the moment because it’s very affordable, $10/month and you get pretty good stuff. I don’t know about you but these products are exciting!

Sexy Hair Soy Renewal Beach Spray Conditioning & Texturizing Spray ($6.65)
Creates beachy undone texture that looks and feels like you’ve spent a day at the beach. Contains argan oil which helps nourish, protect and heal hair damage. Once again I am not a fan of hair products, but Ipsy started sending me stuff from Sexy Hair and they seem to work great. Pretty awesome brand, I’m excited to use this hair spray.

Benefit benetint ($6)
Benefit’s original rose-tinted stain is kiss-proof, see-through color for lips & cheeks that lasts for hours. Naturally sheer & sexy on all complexions…it’s innocent yet provocative. I have the full-size of this product and I love it! A little goes a long long way, it’s very pigmented! I’ve had this tint for a long time now, I still have a lot left. A sample size product from Benefit, YAY!

COOLA Mineral Face SPF 20 Rose Essence Tinted Moisturizer ($5)
Keep the sun and environment at bay with this SPF 20 broad-spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen. This tinted, light rose scented, titanium dioxide based formula (for those who are Zinc sensitive) is made with 98% natural ingredients. Coola is organic and cruelty-free. I’m not into tinted moisturizers but it’s cool to try something new. Mineral sunscreen definitely a must have!

BH Cosmetics California Collection Eyeshadow Sample ($1)
This BH Cosmetics makeup palette includes a shade from each of the California Collection palettes: Hollywood, San Francisco, and Malibu. These sample shadows are not very pigmented compare to their other shadows but the colors are pretty, you just really have to work with it and use a good primer. Malibu is my favorite from all three!

POP Beauty Pouty Pop Crayon ($4.16)
POP’s Pouty Pop Crayon nourishes, treats, and adds that perfectly-plumped pop to lips. I got mine in the shade of Fuchsia Flirt, it’s bright and fun! The texture is more like a lip balm but it stains your lips very well, pretty pigmented. Love it!

This is the look I came up with using the products from Ipsy! What do you lovelies think? I would love to know!
Final Thoughts: Another great bag! This is definitely one of the best subscription service out there. The value is just incredible! Definitely worth it for $10. Thank you Ipsy!xo
