#RoxieTravels : Necessities

#RoxieTravels starts now! From September of 2016 up to the present, I have traveled at least once or sometimes twice every month. Was it fun? Hell yeah! But of course, exhausting at the same time. I can say that I travel hard and work hard. I go to the West Coast quite a lot and feel like California is my 2nd home. Busy, right? This is why I haven’t been as active as I was in the blogging world, but that is about to change!

Of course, these are not everything on my list of necessities when I’m traveling but I guess we can call it my top 3 and must-have!
1️⃣ A cute backpack. Oh, and you know big enough to carry what I need. 2️⃣ Comfortable shoes! *I can’t stress this one enough!* 3️⃣ KBeauty skincare. Can’t forget this!

Betsey Johnson Bunny Backpack
Bought from: TJ Maxx
Price: $29.99

One thing that my close friends know and laugh about me is I always just carry small purses. I don’t know why, but bags where you can pretty much put your whole entire house *lol*, is not my style. Backpacks on the other hand, I like as well! So when I saw this at TJ Maxx, I couldn’t let it go. It’s by Betsey Johnson and as you can see, it’s a bunny pack. How cute is this bag? It’s also pretty spacious inside because I was able to put my dslr together with other little things like make up, charger, etc.

Nautica Blush Sneakers
Bought from: Marshalls
Price: $20.00

I have a thing for pink and shoes, so putting both together is a win win situation. I saw this at Marshalls and I fell in love. It’s simple, cute and comfortable, just what I need for when I’m traveling. “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a fabulous pair of shoes.” So it’s go pink, go crazy! Don’t you agree?

SkinForum 6 Step Facial in a Box “Detox & Radiance
Bought from: SkinForum – www.theskinforum.com
Price: $50.00

My current favorite monthly subscription service! #FacialSimplified by SkinForum. My skin tends to be more sensitive when I’m flying and this is much needed! What’s amazing about it, is everything is packed individually for single-use so you can take care of your skin when traveling without having to bring so much in your luggage. It’s a $50 subscription box but in each box there’s 3 sets of complete facial treatments. You get to choose from 3 skin type specific facial kits, Hydration that will get rid of dryness and flush out toxins, Lift + Firm to plump up and boost your skin’s elasticity and Detox + Radiance to get rid of dullness and impurities. Oh, and all the products are made from Korea. #KBeauty

I last travelled to Florida. My top three items to take there were my sun cream (I burn very easily), my bikini (water parks are my favourite thing!) and my flat shoes because I like to look nice in the evenings but cant be bothered with heels when Im away

What a good product! I’m a traveler, I think I’ll need the Facial in a Box. Sometimes I think that my skin was tired during the traveling.

Bunny bag is the pick of the bunch. I’d say it’s a head turner. It’s so important to be happy with your travel bag.

I can wear heels and walk around pretty much all day so I don’t worry about shoes too much, but it’s definitely really important for me to have an easily accessible bag with all the necessities. I just hate when I forget and I’m in line at the airport, spending half the time digging around for my passport!

Top 3 things to bring when we travel: camera, comfortable shoes (preferably rubber shoes or sneakers), and a sweater (it’s always cold in the airplane and I easily get cold). The last destination we went to was Thailand. Your backpack looks so cute!

Backpack and my shoes are the ones I can never forget to carry or wear while I travel. I cannot wear heels when it comes to travel and even don’t have a compatible relationship with makeup, lol. Love the sneakers you shared here.

I guess I will need a bigger bag and darker colored shoes if I will be the one going on a trip. Having those wipes with you is really important for hygiene purposes.

Me and my wife too have checklists for every travel. It includes most of the stuff that’s indispensable and some creams and shoes for her. My only complaint, you cannot keep a whole bag for her shoes, but she says it’s just her being a girl! Hurrrgh!

Everyone has their own must bring during travel. I agree all the above are what I will bring too. Also, a thermo bottle is always by my side, even bringing an empty one if I take international flight. Want to make sure no matter when I go, I can have water.

I am eyeing for your blush shoes! White kicks are becoming too norm so seeing a different colors makes it more fun.
So this coming month, where are you heading?

I think skin care is something we commonly take for granted when we travel. Its nice that you have this as one of your essentials and have a subscription box too.

Oh, those cleansing cloths. That is what I’d like to pack on all my trips. It can be a hassle to try to wash my face or even just clean hands sometimes. I’d love to bring a pack of those wherever I’m going!

I love the look of the blush trainers especially as I don’t own a pair of trainers and really need a pair. Plus pink is one of my favourite colours x

It’s been a while since I’ve done long traveling. And that was for a long road trip before I split with my ex. Wasn’t lots of fun but traveling by car and staying at different friends houses is a bit of a different journey.

The three things I always take with me when traveling are: my camera, my laptop, and my favorite sweater. The last trip I took was a long road trip. It was all sorts of wonderful to get away! x
