The Girl Behind Love, Roxie.

Always remember to fall asleep with a dream and wake up with a purpose!

Hey babe! Welcome to my blog, Love, Roxie. Whether you are a frequent visitor or someone who just accidentally stumbled upon my blog, I’m so glad you’re here! I hope you enjoy reading about my passion for beauty, exciting NYC adventures and experiences.

My name is Faith Roxas, 20-something years old, living in New York. I work as a full-time Market Development Strategist for a beauty brand called Voesh and I love it! I get to talk about beauty, travel and expand my knowledge by meeting people.
Oh, and I have a cat named Bella, she seriously looks like a halloween cat but she’s the cutest!

When I’m out of work, I sing, explore the city, discover new restaurants and try new things. A few of the many things I like are chocolates, sushi, bubble tea, cookies, cats, dogs, horror and comedy movies & TV shows, planner goodies, Target, Marshalls, TJMaxx, boots, ripped jeans and graphic tees.

Must have make up would be brow pencil and mascara.

WHEN/WHY DID YOU GET INTO BLOGGING?
I started blogging February of 2012, I was still living in the Philippines. I went to school for Information Technology, so back then I was a coding geek. It was pretty much from coding and making layouts to creating my own blog. This blog of mine used to be just a lifestyle blog where I write about fun experiences and life adventures. I turned Love, Roxie into a beauty + lifestyle blog when I moved to New York and fell in love with make up.

WHAT KIND OF CAMERA DO YOU USE?
Canon Rebel T3i.

WHAT EDITING PROGRAM DO YOU USE?
I use Adobe Photoshop CS2.

TYPE OF SKIN/HAIR/ETC.?
Skin
My skin type is combination but mostly on the dry side and not sensitive. I always have to put some kind of moisturizer to keep it hydrated.
Skintone is comparable to MAC NC30.

Hair
Oily! I know it’s bad to wash your hair daily but I do or else I will look like a grease ball. Pass the shoulder length in color dark brown.

Etc.
Fortunately, I don’t have or haven’t discovered any allergic reactions just yet with all of the make up I have tried.
