I cannot believe it’s that time of the year again. The Makeup Show NYC 2017 is just around the corner. Are y’all ready for this? They are coming back to New York on May 7th and 8th with incredible sponsors and must-see keynote speakers! It will be two days full of education and inspiration to members of the makeup community. In addition to rubbing elbows with other makeup professionals and receiving exclusive product discounts, attendees of The Makeup Show NYC will also have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business. Keynote speakers at The Makeup Show NYC will share everything from their road to success, tips and techniques, and advice for those looking to advance their own careers. It’s where the makeup community get together and celebrate their passion for beauty!

I started attending The Makeup Show NYC three years ago and I must say, I’ve met so many beautiful people, have learned so much and my passion for beauty has grown way more than I can imagine. Thank you TMS NYC for doing an amazing event for the makeup community!

Sunday, May 7th
James Vincent’s “The Makeup Show Town Hall,”: ​In this all-new keynote address, James Vincent and a panel of
artists and experts will address the issues affecting our industry today. Panelists and attendees will have the opportunity
to discuss current topics, debate timely issues and voice opinions.

Vlada Haggerty’s “Signature Style” — Sponsored by Smashbox Cosmetics: ​Vlada Haggerty is known in the
industry for her imagination and signature style that has been widely imitated. In her first appearance at The Makeup
Show, Vlada shares her story and secrets to creating such a unique, recognizable style.

Ryan Burke’s “Creative Thinking”: ​Ryan Burke has captured the collective imagination of our industry as a
makeup artist, model, photographer and muse. In his first appearance at The Makeup Show, Ryan will be joined by his
innovative agent Ryan McKnight to share his story and provide insight into the creative process.

    That sounds like such a cool event!!! I’ll be missing it on my trip to NYC by a week, but if I were in town would love to check it out! It’s always cool learning from different artists and getting exposure to different brands!

    I had no idea that a makeup show existed. But it makes sense, just like a fashion show does. This sounds like it would be great for those who loved the makeup scene.

    My daughter studied for two years in NYC and never told me about the make up show. Wow, wish she had know about it. Sounds like fun and learning.

    I love the Makeup Show!! I attended as press this year at the one in Orlando and it was fabulous. I got a lot of really awesome items and learned so much!

    I love attending shows and conferences in my industry. You always meet such interesting people, and it gives you a chance to really delve deeper into topics that intrigue you.

    Since I have no idea about make up, I am fascinated to learn that there is an entire convention about it alone. I am sure makeup bloggers and enthusiasts will really enjoy participating in this event.
